Adrienne is cool. I ‘found’ Adrienne when I first decided to do online yoga and then tried to check out other teachers to see if I could find better (for me). The other online teachers were either too Lulu Lemons wannabe representatives, spiritual, or vapid. I have a few go-to favourites now and feel they are really comforting.
