Hi Brad, I don't reply often but your comment is honest and thoughtful so I just wanted to say thank you to you too for commenting after reading.

Also, to add a personal thought, I think time and distance is very subjective with missing people so this " the need to truly be away from someone in order to miss them more." depends on a lot of factors. (for me anyway).
