In relation to point three “They spend their time with losers”. When I lived with a girl that really maximised her time in regard to learning, keeping fit and working on her goals for the future. I didn’t see how that, in turn, helped me. It pushed me. The inner voice of ambition in my head came to the forefront of my mind. Telling me to do more. Be bigger. But, this also came with feelings of inadequacy and guilt when I wasn’t being productive or forging goals. As with many things I didn’t appreciate what I had. It was like living with a none annoying life coach! She led by example. Anyway… it's very true that if you surround yourself with productive people, in turn, it elevates you.
